Reading your calendar

The calendar shows your whole fleet on one timeline, two weeks at a time, starting from yesterday. Use the arrows to move through time and Today to jump back.
What you see
- Bookings appear as pills with the renter's name, positioned at their actual pickup and return times. Renters still in checkout do not appear, only real bookings.
- Blocks (maintenance, personal use, external bookings) show as striped pills.
- Tap a car's name for a quick summary of the window: occupancy, booked and free days, upcoming trips and expected revenue.
Team members with the staff role see the schedule without amounts.
Blocking dates
Tap any free day (or use the Block dates button with its today / this week / this month presets) to make a car unavailable. Pick a reason: maintenance, personal use, or blocked. A block can be removed at any time; a booking can not, cancel the booking instead if it really cannot go ahead.
Bookings from outside GoDushi
Took a booking by phone or WhatsApp? Add it to the calendar as an external booking so the dates close on the marketplace. External bookings carry no commission, they simply keep your availability truthful.
The turnaround buffer
In Settings → Calendar you set how many hours you need between two bookings of the same car (4, 8, 12 or 24). Renters simply cannot book dates that would squeeze that buffer, no more back-to-back stress.
