Commission and your monthly invoice

GoDushi's commission is 15% of the booking total: the same amount the renter pays online as the reservation deposit. You never transfer anything to GoDushi: the commission is already settled the moment the renter books.
Your monthly invoice
On the 1st of each month you receive one aggregate invoice covering the commission for all bookings of the previous month. One document, one line per booking, sent by email as a PDF. Bookings count toward a month once they have actually happened (checked in, or past their end date).
Cancellations and refunds
If a booking is cancelled with a full refund of the deposit, no commission is owed and it simply never appears on an invoice. If a refund lands after a month has already been invoiced, the amount is deducted as a correction line on your next invoice. A month where corrections outweigh new commission becomes a credit note instead.
The numbers
Commission invoices are numbered in a single fiscal series (GD-YYYY-#####) and issued by Moesker Group VOF (GoDushi), the Dutch company behind the platform. Amounts are in US dollars.
