Rental invoices for your renters

Many renters, especially business travelers, ask for an invoice for their rental. GoDushi can generate that invoice on your behalf, automatically, the moment you mark the balance as collected.

How it works

This uses self-billing: the invoice is legally issued by you (the host) to the renter, but GoDushi produces the document. It covers the full booking total, with the online deposit and the at-pickup balance shown separately so the renter's administration matches what they paid.

What you need to set up

Enable self-billing in your host settings and make sure your business details are complete: company name, Chamber of Commerce number and address. Invoices are numbered in your own gap-free series, and you can set a custom prefix so the numbers match your house style.

Tax on the invoice

The invoice shows tax included in your prices, never added on top. For Curaçao the preset is 9% OB, the rate that applies to car rental. If you have an OB number, add it in your settings and it is printed on every invoice. Not OB-registered? Leave it blank and the invoice stays valid without a separate tax line.

If any required detail is missing, the invoice is simply skipped; collecting the payment is never blocked by paperwork. Complete your details and future invoices generate normally.
