Extras and pickup fees

Beyond the daily price, two kinds of optional charges can be part of a booking. Both are included in the booking total, so the 15% deposit / 85% balance split applies to the whole amount.

Extras (add-ons)

Define extras once for your whole fleet: child seat, cooler, beach kit, whatever fits your renters. Each extra has:

• a pricing model: per day (multiplied by rental days) or a flat price per booking;
• an optional inventory: with three child seats and inventory 3, renters can never book a fourth across your fleet for overlapping dates. Leave inventory empty for unlimited extras;
• a per-car choice: you pick which cars offer which extras, and you can override the price per car.

Pickup options and fees

Each car offers one or more pickup options: at your location, at the airport, at the cruise terminal, or delivered to the renter's address. Every option can carry its own fee (or be free). The renter picks one during checkout and the fee lands in the booking total.
